Who did the survey on tobacco licenses? Anyone can control the outcome of a survey by the questions asked. I am not a smoker but should not let my (our)preferences control someones desire to open a business in this village. Unless there is a defined limit of how many our allowed, should'nt the law of supply and demand solve this problem . After all our state government will soon tax this sin out of our lives. Socialism is getting to close .
