When Belinda O’Brien, volunteer coordinator at Heartland Hospice Care in Frankfort, told her friend Jennifer Larson, a mother of two in Girl Scout Troop 70149, that they were low on blankets to give to veterans in hospice care, Larson immediately contacted troop leader Monica Dobrzanski to see if the seventh-grade girls in the troop could help.
