The owner of Parmesans Wood Stone Pizza was arrested Friday, March 13, after allegedly recording inappropriate videos of female employees at the Frankfort restaurant, Illinois State Police announced Saturday, March 14, in a news release.

Michael J. Papandrea, 58, of Frankfort, was subsequently charged with unauthorized video recording, a Class A misdemeanor.
Illinois State Police launched a thorough investigation after receiving information about the alleged video recordings, which led to the execution of a search warrant at Parmesans on March 13.
During the execution of this warrant, investigators made contact with Papandrea, and seized video evidence and electronics. A preliminary search of these electronics revealed multiple unauthorized "up-skirt" videos of female employees at the business.
Papandrea was released after posting bond. The case is still under investigation, and police say it is possible more charges could be filed pending additional forensic examination of the seized evidence.
