The Will County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a graffiti message discovered Thursday, April 19, at Summit Hill Junior High School that threatened to shoot up the school.

The sheriff’s office was contacted that afternoon after a janitor found the graffiti in a school bathroom, Will County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Kathy Hoffmeyer said. Officers conducted a sweep of the school with administrators and found no credible threats at that time.
