If there is a black sheep in the family whose role is to party all night and sleep all day — and many families have one — then there must be a white sheep that sets the tone for the early risers and the get-more-stuff-done-before-9 a.m. crowd.

Such is the case for The White Sheep, which opened in August on LaGrange Road in Orland Park, the sister restaurant of The Black Sheep, not far away on 159th Street. While the latter caters mostly to the late-night crowd, the former offers everything that the early-morning/brunch crowd needs to get the day started.
