The Lincoln-Way Community High School District 210 Foundation for Educational Excellence was formally recognized Sept. 3 by the Frankfort Village Board for reaching its quarter-century milestone and for contributing to the Lincoln-Way community for the past 25 years.

Frankfort Mayor Jim Holland read aloud a proclamation praising the nonprofit organization, which was founded in September 1994, for donating more than $4.4 million to “enrich and enhance opportunities and education experiences” for D210 students.
