Police reports: Woman charged with felony retail theft

A Chicago woman was arrested Sept. 20 after allegedly stealing medication from the Frankfort Mariano’s, according to the Frankfort Police Department.

Elizabeth A. Hurley, 33, of 10647 S. St Louis Ave. in Chicago, was charged with felony retail theft in connection with the case.

According to Frankfort Deputy Police Chief Kevin Keegan, an officer was dispatched to Mariano’s in reference to a retail theft and was informed by a loss prevention officer that a woman, later identified as Hurley, was concealing items in a bag.
