A professional engineering services agreement approved Sept. 16 by the Frankfort Village Board will help the Village identify leaks in pipes and manholes.

The $61,300 contract with the Mokena-based engineering firm Baxter & Woodman includes sewer televising and manhole assessment services.

Trustee Dick Trevarthan described the project as “something that’s needed to be done in this town for 25, 30 years.”
