Matt Creen has faced a number of challenges, but that doesn’t stop him from living life to its fullest — or from finding important ways to give back.

The longtime Frankfort resident, who was diagnosed with ALS in 2013, has made it his life’s mission to raise awareness of the condition and support the Les Turner ALS Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides patient services and funds ALS research, through the annual Matt Creen Invitational.
