Frankfort Democrat Amanda Koch clinched the second of two spots in the Will County Board District 2 race on Tuesday, Nov. 6, while incumbent Will County Board Speaker Jim Moustis retained his spot on the board, according to unofficial counts from the Will County Clerk’s Office.

With 100 percent of precincts reporting, Moustis, a Frankfort Republican, took first place in the three-candidate race, earning 37.33 percent of the total vote. Koch, also from Frankfort, came in second with 34.49 percent of the vote.
