One by one, Will County residents filed into the Frankfort Public Library District meeting room on Thursday, March 28, picking up information about drug awareness, drug abuse treatment and Narcan, a nasal spray used to reverse the effects of opioid overdoses. On another table, the library had set up books on opioid addiction.
