The Griffins are continuing to write their way into the history books.

It has been an especially eventful week for our student athletes. The girls bowling team made its first state appearance and took 10th place at the competition in Rockford, while the Lincoln-Way gymnastics co-op finished eighth at state — including a 12th-place all-around finish by East’s Korina Jarosz, who earned the team’s top score in the event. Both accomplishments are well-deserved and speak volumes to the amount of hard work the girls have demonstrated this season.
