Lincoln-Way East’s games with state powers Bolingbrook and Homewood-Flossmoor in a four-day span went very differently but produced the same result.

The Griffins executed brilliantly on the offensive end for large portions of the game against Bolingbrook on Feb. 11 but let a late lead slip away in a 98-93 overtime loss.

They then struggled to make shots in a 70-55 defeat in a SouthWest Suburban Blue game at H-F on Friday, Feb. 14.
