A winning tradition.

That’s what the Lincoln-Way East girls basketball team has developed in its now nearly two decades as a program.

But in order to continue that tradition, the Griffins will have to have some younger players step up through this season. 

“Experience,” East coach Jim Nair answered when asked what his team’s weakness is heading into this season. “We have several girls who are new to the team and and we will see how quick can they contribute at the varsity level.
